Victorian in White
This remodel of a Victorian home presented us with some great design opportunities. The expansive bay window was perfect for framing with a large arch. This gave us a great focal point to unite the whole kitchen around.
For added intrest, we broke the kitchen up into individual units, giving each part a little bit of it's own look. Antique applique designs were the catalysts for each variation. A few of the details that are not exactly authentic are the gingerbread located beneath the crown and countertops, and the corbels under the eating bar. These are Woodgrain originals. Note the apron-drawers; another one of our distinctives.
On the far left we have a sub-zero combo, dressed up as vintage furnishings, complete with carved feet. A microwave / beverage bar is nested between them. To the left of the oven there is baking center, with it's lowered granite slab top, and a garage for the mixer and other appliances.
